Job Responsibilities Managing the end-to-end, execution of Innovations/ideas implementation in underwriting, in the form of test & learn experiments/innovations and stakeholder management, research design, data analysis and actionable insight generation for optimized risk management Liaise with the various account teams to brief, orient, and onboard them for Managed innovation Develop Innovation roadmap and plans for new innovation, including defining the problem/opportunity, scope, objectives, deliverables, risks, strategies, timeline, budget, resources required, project team and assigning tasks and responsibilities, along with defining sequencing and dependencies based on account inputs, account landscape, industry developments. Work closely with the AIE leadership to support client visits, coordinate the overall client visit as a project Learn & apply innovation techniques (such as insight generation, ideation, conceptualization, prototyping) Provide technical guidance and review for all aspects of the innovation project, working with technical experts in a variety of technical areas Review and refine the program structure, governance and processes currently in place Own the Innovation pipeline and associated SharePoint portal Champion improvement initiatives in the implementation of standard work and guidelines Be responsible for ensuring the development of a business growth strategy to secure additional sales in support of existing products Develop and maintain roadmaps for the category/products Define visual direction to depict new offerings and businessesPrimary Skills Ability to research, strategies, consult on Innovation roadmaps Ability multitask, prioritize relevant objectives, and ensure project completion Strong people skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders and cross functional teams for delivering results Proficient in MS Office and other collaboration tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Sway, Planner, Teams) Ability to envision future concepts with respect to Innovations and looking at the early signals and trendsSecondary Skills Industry/Domain Knowledge (Manufacturing/Chemical/Power/Automotive/Energy/Utilities/Aero/Defense/ Sustainability) Knowledge of disruptive technologies (IoT, Blockchain, Automation, Data Analytics, Immersive Augmented Reality/Virtual Realty, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI) Designing creative solutions, concept building
